Lysa Davis - Consultant

Lysa Davis has over 20 years in Project and Risk Management, Business Strategy and Regulatory Compliance experience. Developing enterprise level strategies to meet corporate goals inclusive of multiple lines of business while providing actionable plans with clear guidance and communication for our clients is Ms. Davis number one objective. Lysa has single-handedly carried a project from idea conception to development of the full program, identifying and engaging strategic partners, structuring the funding strategy while also managing internal communication and public relations strategies. Ms. Davis is the CEO of Community-Up a social impact nonprofit organization and has an online web series entitled The Trusted Banker.

Tommy P. FitzGibbon Jr. - Consultant

Tommy is a financial executive consultant with over 35 years of progressive assignments in the banking industry including: Retail Banking, Operations, Compliance, Mortgage Lending and Secondary Market Sales and Servicing. Tommy has expansive community leadership experiences including political and independent sector responsibilities in the areas of housing, health care and public policy development. Management of Leadership Development Programs inside and outside of the private sector. Specializing in Business unit Process Improvement, Bank Conversion, Integration program management, Consumer and Commercial Credit Policy Development, Process Management, Safety and Soundness Compliance, and Consumer Lending regulatory compliance. Tommy currently sits on the Board of Directors for Evergreen Bank Group and is on the Advisory Board for MUFG Union Bank, N.A. and Huntington Bank.

Ray Hammond Jr. is a Supply Chain Management professional with experience in Production Management, Merchandising, Account Management, Artist Relations, Tour Routing/Logistics, and Social Media Marketing. Currently, Ray Jr. is the Vice President of Operations for Face to Face INC, where he works directly with the management team to ensure the success of multiple music industry projects including tours, plays and local music sets.

Ray Jr. graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelors of Science in Supply Chain Management and a Minor in Finance.

Mariam's consulting and philanthropic efforts within her community have brought corporate and non-profit executes to her from the USA, Canada, and the Middle East. In 2019 Mariam secured over four million in funding for entrepreneurs, providing coaching guidance and resource allocation to immigrant, refugee, and asylee populations across Michigan

JoAnne M Schultze

JoAnne began her career in the financial services industry in Flint, Michigan as an Internal Auditor after graduating from Central Michigan University with a degree in Accounting. JoAnne spent 15 years in Internal Audit at 3 different banks before moving on to regulatory compliance as a Compliance Analyst Officer. JoAnne became a subject matter expert in such areas as flood insurance compliance, home mortgage act (HMDA) compliance and deposit compliance while helping business units develop internal controls and self-monitoring procedures. JoAnne also spent 6 years as a Compliance sand CRA Officer for a community bank in southeast Michigan. In her spare time JoAnne is treasurer of her church’s parish council and enjoys spending time working on various fund raisers at the church.
